Sub:- Rotational transfer in IP Cadre- Implementation
thereof.

Sir,
A
kind reference is invited to C.O. Memo No. ST/20-13/2014 dated 02/03/2015 and
10/03/2015 wherein the Inter Region transfer and Rotational Transfer orders of
IPs were issued.
Most
of the IPs, who are under orders of transfer and posting in the above said memos,
are yet to be relieved from their present post to join at their new place of
posting.
Inspector
Posts working in Sambalpur and Berhampur Region, whose inter-region transfer
and posting order has been issued vide above orders, are anxiously waiting for
their relief from the concerned Regions to join at their place of posting in
Bhubaneswar HQ Region as it would bring some solutions to their problems.
In the meantime some of them have taken
admission of their child/children in their new place of posting due to
beginning of the educational session and also shifted their family to their new
place of posting, and some are waiting to take admission of their
child/children in their new place of posting after joining.
In this connection C.O. Circular
No.ST/46-1/Rlg/95-Corr/Ch.I dated 20/01/2005 may kindly be referred to, wherein
it is emphasized to complete the entire rotational transfer process by 31st
March of every year. Such instruction was issued at the backdrop of change in
academic session modified by the Govt. of Odisha.
I, on behalf of this Association,
request you to look into the matter and take appropriate action for timely
relief of the IPs under orders of transfer so that they can be spared from
avoidable hardship.
